Alhamdulillah yesterday I had developed my Fitness Instructor Specialist pratical exam, and it was approved by me. I used to be required by The exam to train 4-6 participants, and present a 45 minute class to my instructor that had 4 components: warm-up, the least 15 min cardio, muscular fitness and stretching/relaxing at the final end.

The exam experienced about 30 components that I was graded on. Passing the exam was truly a wonder since this exam takes a minimum amount of 3 months of training! Ihad all my friends stressed out about it. My music wasn’t ready before night before (because each stage of the course got a different BMP (defeat each and every minute) and I needed to include more songs the very next day 2 minutes before the course). 1. Most of all, Afroza’s jogging shoes. I needed no idea these were hers.

I just noticed they fit me, since I put overlooked mine, and used them. Sorry Afroza, and thanks a million! 4. My individuals who volunteered their time, and came from as far as Scarborough downtown.. 5. The other non-participants who really wanted to be a part of my course but couldn’t because of varied reasons..
